Son of a baker, Pascal TEPPER grew up in the heat of the family business at Pecquencourt (North France). His father, Théo, an ardent defender of traditional baking, gave him the taste for good bread and the passion for the business.
Pascal TEPPER participates in a number of competitions and has been awarded a number of prizes :
* Le Mercure d’Or in 1986,
* Le Trophée de l’artisanat in 2002.
In 2000 Pascal TEPPER received the supreme title of Meilleur Ouvrier de France in the bakery trade, the crown of excellence acquired from many years of research and work.
Today, in developing his franchise, Pascal Tepper wants to bring about the promotion of the traditional French bakery and make the value and nobility of this French traditional (artisanal) know-how known through out the world.
